Prices (weekly)

Deposits, Cleaning charge, and Discounts

• The above prices are per week and for rental of the apartment, NOT per person.

• A £40 cleaning and laundry charge will also apply in addition to the weekly tariff. Again, this is for the apartment and NOT per person. This charge will only apply once throughout the duration of the rental period.

• To reserve accommodation , a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required. The remaining balance is due a minimum of 6 weeks before occupancy, together with the key & damage deposit (see below); if booking is made within 6 weeks of occupancy, then full payment together with the key & damage deposit will be required.

• If you ever re-book with us, as a "repeat Customer" we will guarantee you a 10% discount off the listed price.

• We also operate a scheme whereby, if you recommend guests who subsequently rent the apartment from us, we will also provide you with a further discount off your next booking with us.

Key and Damage Deposit

• Please note that a key and damage deposit of £100 will also be required with the balance; this will be refunded in full following your departure, subject to there being no damage or excess cleaning required, and to satisfactory return of all keys.

• For any bookings made by people under 25 years of age, the key and damage deposit required will be increased to £200.

Number of guests

• The listed prices are applicable only when there are between 1 to 4 people in the party; please note that 4 people is the maximum amount allowed.
